한국농림기상학회지 투고규정

한국농림기상학회지는 기상과 기후를 농업과 임업에 적용하는 학제적인 분야의 연구논문, 단보, 총설, 그리고 서평의 출판을 위한 국내학회지로서, 기초 및 응용과학적 연구와 이러한 연구들을 농업과 임업에 관련된 실질적인 문제들에 적용하는 데에 중점을 두고 있다. 연구논문은 엄격한 심사과정을 거쳐 편집위원회에서 게재여부를 결정하며, 연구를 통해 발견된 새로운 사실을 알리기 위한 것이다. 이론적인 모형은 반드시 실측 자료에 의해 검정되어야 한다. 구체적인 연구 분야로는, 식물 군락에서의 복사 수송, 증발산, 에너지와 질량 수송, 군락 상하부의 공기의 운동과 난류, 산불/기상 상호작용, 식생 분포 기후, 식물 계절학, 비닐하우스 에너지 수지와 미기후, 기후와 생장과의 관계, 식물/동물관련 생물기상, 그리고 기후변화와 농업/산림 생태계간의 상호작용 등을 포함한다. 단보는 이들 분야에서 사용되는 장비, 특별한 관찰, 실험기술 등에 대한 것으로서, 특히 반복이 불가능한 관찰이나 특수현상을 다룬다. 총설은 학문의 흐름을 조망하거나 사회적 관심사안을 해설하기 위해 주로 편집위원회의 요청에 의해 투고된다. 서평은 최근(2년 이내) 발간된 관련서적에 대한 정보를 다룬다. 또한 본 학회지는 한 가지 주제나 학회 proceedings를 위한 특별호를 출판한다. 한국농림기상학회지의 투고 요령은 다음과 같다.

1. 원고 준비

투고 원고는 완전하게 체제를 갖춘 원고를 PDF, MS Word로 작성하여 인터넷(온라인 투고시스템)을 통해서 제출한다. 투고된 원고는 이미 출판되지 않은 최초의 원고이어야 하며, 본 학회지 외의 다른 어떤 곳에도 함께 출판할 수 없다. 게재하기에 부적합하다고 판정된 원고는 다시 본 한국농림기상학회지에 투고하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 게재 승인과 동시에, 저자(들)는 정보를 보다 폭넓게 보급하기 위해 출판인(한국농림기상학회)에게 저작권을 이양한다.

원고는 A4 용지(210×297mm)에 타자는 2줄 간격으로 하며, 상하좌우 여백은 30mm로 한다. 모든 쪽에는 번호를 매기고, 이탤릭체로 나타낼 단어나 글자는 본문에서 이탤릭체를 사용하여 작성하며, 부득이한 경우에는 밑줄을 그어 표시한다. 또한 모든 페이지의 왼쪽에 줄번호를 표시한다.

논문의 작성은 (1) 표지: 약자를 사용하지 않은 완전한 제목(국문 및 영문), 저자의 이름(국문 및 영문), 소속 및 주소(국문 및 영문), 감사의 글(사사), 연락처(저자 중 한 명, 연락 받을 주소, 전화번호, 전자우편주소); (2) 영문적요(반드시 제목을 반복하되, 저자의 이름, 주소 등은 반복하지 않음); (3) 주제어 (붙임 주제어목록 가운데 4-6개 선택); (4) 서론; (5) 재료 및 방법; (6) 결과; (7) 고찰 및 결론; (8) 국문적요; (9) 인용문헌; (10) 표; (11) 그림 혹은 사진 제목; (12) 그림 혹은 사진 등의 순서로 하되, 각 항은 새로운 페이지에서 시작한다. 가능하면 각주는 사용하지 않는다(꼭 필요한 경우에는 ‘*’ 또는 ‘**’ 등으로 식별).

논문에 따라서는 (5) 재료 및 방법 대신에 이론을 기술할 수 있으며, (6) 결과와 (7) 고찰 및 결론을 통합할 수 있다. 부록이 필요한 경우에는 인용문헌 앞에 삽입한다. 모든 표와 그림은 한 페이지에 하나씩 수록하며, 그림에는 제목을 달지 말고 그림 하단에 그림번호만 표시한다. 표 제목이나 주석은 반드시 2줄 간격으로 작성하되, 표 내용은 이해를 도울 수 있다면 그 이하의 줄 간격도 무방하다.

초록은 200-300 단어(약 1,500 문자) 분량으로서 저자의 의도, 연구의 목적, 방법, 결과, 결과가 함축한 의미 혹은 활용범위 등을 포함하되, 반드시 하나의 문단으로 구성한다. 본문 중의 그림, 표, 인용문헌이 언급되어서는 아니 되며, 불가피한 경우를 제외하고는 수식의 사용도 피한다.

2. 표, 그림, 사진

모든 표는 짧은 제목과 함께 아라비아 숫자로 번호를 매기며(예, Table 1), 모두 영문으로 설명하여야 한다. 본문 중에는 표를 삽입하지 말고 그 위치만 표시한다.
모든 그림(사진, 도식, 그래프 등; 예 Fig. 1)은 손보거나 다시 그리지 않고 재생할 수 있어야 하며, 모두 영문으로 설명하여야 한다. 쪽에 맞도록 축소한 후에도 모든 글자를 읽을 수 있어야 하며, 원고 본문에 각 그림의 가장 적절한 위치를 표시한다.

3. 수식, 단위, 날짜와 시간

아래첨자와 위첨자를 확실히 표시하고, 수식을 끝맺을 때에는 반드시 마침표를 사용하며, 곱하기의 경우 ‘×’는 표시하지 않는다. ‘대략 값이 같음’을 나타낼 때는 ‘≈’로, '비례함은 ‘∼’로 표시한다. 벡터는 굵은 활자체로 나타낸다.
부득이한 경우를 제외하고는 단위는 국제단위계(SI unit; cgs, mks 시스템)를 사용한다.
영문으로 날짜를 표시할 경우에는 일, 월, 년 순서로 쓰며, 시간 표시는 날짜에 선행시켜 표시한다. 단, 시간은 지방 표준시(LST)로 24시간제를 사용한다.

4. 인용문헌

출판된 문헌만을 인용하며 참고문헌을 영문 알파벳 및 출판연도의 순서로 정리한다. 불가피한 경우를 제외하고는 영어권 이외의 문헌(국문 포함)도 모두 영어로 표기하며, 본문은 영문이 아니지만 영문초록이 있는 경우 문헌명에 “in Korean with English abstract”를 괄호 속에 넣어 추가한다. 이름, 연도, 제목, 학술지명(또는 출판사명), 권, 그리고 쪽의 순서로 정리한다. 모든 저자의 이름과, 약자가 아닌 완전한 학회지명이 명시되어야 하며, 단행본 제목과 학회지 이름은 이탤릭체로 나타낸다. 원고의 본문에 인용할 때 국영문 불문하고 저자의 성과 연도만 표기하며, 두 명인 경우 ‘Kim and Lee(1998)’로, 저자가 세 명 이상일 경우에는 ‘et al.’을 사용한다. 또한 DOI (digital object identifier) 번호가 존재할 경우 추가 한다. 구체적인 용례는 다음과 같다.

5. 단보

투고된 단보는 가능한 한 짧아야 하며, 인쇄 후 6쪽을 넘지 않아야 한다. 단보도 정규 심사 과정을 거치며, 채택된 단보는 일반 논문과 함께 출판한다.

6. 데이터

데이터는 다른 연구자와 공유될 수 있는 자료를 소개하기 위한 논문으로 초록, 배경 및 요약, 방법, 자료, 품질관리 및 사용방법으로 구성된다. 단보와 마찬가지로 정규 심사과정을 거치며 일반 논문과 함께 출판된다. 단보와 마찬가지로 투고된 데이터 논문은 인쇄후 6쪽 이내의 분량을 가진다.

7. 총설과 서평

편집위원회의 요청에 의해서 초청된 원고만을 투고하며, 편집장에게 제출한다.

8. 최종 원고 및 교정

게재 승인된 원고의 경우 마이크로소프트 워드(doc)로 작성한 파일을 제출하여야 한다. 인쇄 과정의 실수를 확인하기 위해 저자는 교정본 1부를 받게 된다(저자가 2명 이상인 경우, 교정본을 받을 저자를 명시 할 것).

9. 투고료, 게재료 및 별쇄

게재된 논문에 대하여 편집위원회는 저자에게 이십 만원의 투고료(영문초록 교열비 포함)를 청구한다. 게재된 논문이 인쇄 후 6면을 초과할 경우, 추가된 쪽당 이만원을 더 청구하며, 별쇄본을 요청할 경우 부수에 따라 추가 소요경비를 청구한다.

10. 원고 투고

한국농림기상학회 홈페이지(http://www.ksafm.org) 접속, 온라인논문투고시스템 ‘바로가기’를 선택하여 접속, ‘논문투고’를 선택 후 회원 아이디로 로그인, ‘투고자 시작페이지’ 확인 후 ‘신규 논문 투고’를 선택하여, 원고파일을 업로드 한다. 2008 1월부터 전자논문투고시스템으로 일괄 전환되어 우편 및 전자메일을 통한 투고는 받지 않는다.

Guide for Authors

Scope of the Journal:

Korean Journal of Agricultural and Forest Meteorology is a national journal for the publication of research articles and notes in the interdisciplinary fields of meteorology and climatology applied to agriculture and forestry. Emphasis is on basic and applied scientific research and the application of this research to practical problems in agriculture and forestry. Theoretical models should always be tested against experimental data. Typical topics include radiation transfer in plant canopies, evapotranspiration, energy and mass transfer, air movement and turbulence in and above plant canopies, forest-fire/weather interactions, climatology of plant distribution, phenology, glasshouse energy balance and microclimate, climate/growth relationships, plant and animal biometeorology, and other topics in climate change and its interactions with agricultural and forest ecosystems.

Type of Manuscripts:

Articles are full-length papers that report on new findings in some detail. More broadly based review articles may be accepted at the discretion of the editors. Notes are much shorter research papers, occupying a few pages in a journal, and primarily for rapid publication of brief communications on important and timely topics. Special issues devoted to single topics, conference proceedings and comprehensive reviews are also published.

Manuscript Submission:

The complete manuscript is to be submitted in triplicate (original and two copies) directly to the editor-in-chief. The submission should include a cover letter that includes the manuscript title and full contact information, including mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address, for one of authors, as well as any additional information required for the manuscript. The submitted article should be original and unpublished and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. Authors have the option of submitting their manuscript in electronic form. The manuscript must be available in PDF or MS Word format and we welcome manuscripts as e-mail attachments.

Manuscript Preparation:

1. Language : The journal's language is either Korean or English. 2. Typing : Use double spacing, and leave a generous left-hand margin. All pages must be numbered, and all headings/subheadings must be consistent. Underline only words or letters to appear in italics. 3. Title, Name, Address : Provide the title in full, author's name, affiliation and present address (for receipt of proofs, if different from the affiliation) without any abbreviation. If written in Korean (English), provide additionally the title, name, affiliation and address and abstract in Korean (English). The structure of a manuscript is such that the title (including author and address) is followed by the content, acknowledgment, and references. 4. Abstract : Include an abstract of 200-300 Words. 5. Tables : Number all tables with Roman numerals and include a short title in English. 6. Figures : (1) All figures (picture, diagram, graph: e.g., Figure 1) must be suitable for reproduction without being retouched or redrawn, and be prepared in English. Check that all letterings will still be legible after the figure is reduced to fit the page. (2) Write your name and the figure number lightly on the back in pencil, and indicate in the right margin of the text the most appropriate location for the figure. 7. Formulas : Subscripts and superscripts should be set off clearly. Use a full stop for decimals, and reserve crosses for multiplication. The sign for 'about equal to' is '≈'; 'proportional to' is indicated by '∼‘. Vectors are printed in bold face. 8. Units : The metric system is to be used, and the cgs or mks system (except in unavoidable circumstances). 9. Date and Time : Date should be written in the order of day, month and year, following time. Use Local Standard Time (LST) in military hours (24 hours).
e.g.) 1500 LST 30 March 1999 10. Footnotes : Avoid using footnotes if possible (However, if necessary, identify by one asterisk, two asterisks, etc). 11. References : Only references to published works are present: Arrange all references in alphabetically and chronological order at the end of the paper. Note that the initials follow name, all names are mentioned, the date precedes the article title, and the name of the journal, the volume, and the page numbers (The volume number should be in bold face; the title of books are underlined to indicate italics). In the text of the paper, use 'et al.' if there are more than two authors.

Letters : The submitted letters should be as short as possible and not exceed six pages. Letters are fully refereed and are published as soon as possible after acceptance, ahead of regular papers. 13. Books for Review : Book reviews are only invited by the editorial board and should be sent to the editor-in-chief. 14. Final Manuscript and Proofs : The accepted-for-publication paper should be provided in the final form on one hard copy and on MS Word files. Subsequently, one set of proofs will be sent to the author, to be checked for printer's errors (In the case of two or more authors indicate to whom the proofs should be sent). 15. Page Charge and Offprints : Published articles will be charged 100,000 Korean Won for the first 6 pages and 50 offprints will be supplied free of charge. If the total page number exceeds more than 6, additional 10,000 Won will be charged per each additional page; also, additional charge will be made for a special printing such as color printing. 16. Resubmission : A manuscript rejected for publication in Korean Journal of Agricultural and Forest Meteorology may not be resubmitted. 17. Consent to Publish : Upon acceptance of an article by the journal, the author(s) will be asked to transfer the copyright of the article to the publishers. This transfer will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
